Hygge Twist Cowl
Merry Christmas! I’d mentioned in my first post that I was hoping to share a knitting pattern or two with you, and while I don’t know how many I’ll actually write up, this one just had to be shared! It’s a very simple ribbed cowl with a little twist, and is based on one that was available from Jamie Kay that you can see here. I fell in love with that little cowl, but I knew I was going to want one for myself, too, so I decided to design my own! While I was at it, I figured I might as well scale it so that it can also fit an 18″ doll, since Evelyn has been getting really into baby dolls. This would be the perfect project for someone that is just getting into knitting, and wants to do something just a little step up from a scarf, and I think it would be really cute to make up the child’s version and doll version as a last minute Christmas gift for any baby doll loving children you may have in your life!
